Shields Valley Ranchers Farm Dinner

We’re thrilled to return for a second season with Shields Valley Ranchers, after such a fun evening together last year with the whole family!

What began as a connection at the Bozeman Winter Market has grown into a partnership rooted in shared values, great food, and genuine community.

Led by ranchers like Eric and Juliana, Shields Valley Ranchers is a collective of independent, multigenerational families working in the heart of Montana’s Shields Valley. Together, they are committed to raising high-quality beef with integrity, transparency, and deep respect for the land and animals in their care.

Grounded in stewardship and driven by a passion for doing things the right way, their work reflects both tradition and a forward-looking vision for Montana agriculture. We’re honored to gather again on their land—sharing another evening of exceptional beef, good company, and the stories that bring it all to life.

• Ranch tour with Eric and Juliana

• Welcome Sip

• Welcome Bite

• 4 Course Chef Curated Dinner

• Stories throughout your dinner about where your food came from and what brought this to life

What to know:

• Welcome starts promptly at 5:15pm. If you'd like to come early for a tour of the ranch, please arrive at 4:30pm.

• We’ll be serving a welcome sip to start the evening. The rest of the event is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle and a few glasses to enjoy with your friends at the table.

• Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. If you feel moved by the service and experience, we kindly encourage you to bring cash to pass along to Chef Em—any tips go directly to our hardworking staff who help bring these dinners to life, and they’re always deeply appreciated.
